The product includes the research-backed Lab4P live bacteria consortium, which comprises five strains of friendly bacteria used in combination in three major studies with women of perimenopause and menopausal age.

Each two-capsule dose of For Peri/Menopause includes 50 billion CFU of the Lab4P friendly bacteria, along with various specially selected vitamins, minerals and botanicals.

The vitamins in this product include vitamins D3 and K2, which both help to retain bone density in menopausal women; B vitamins to support energy and hormonal activity; and vitamin A, which supports skin and vision.

Minerals include zinc, which supports cognitive function, nails and skin; selenium, which supports normal thyroid function; and chromium for the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
